Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as an appeal lies against the impugned order dated 04.07.2013 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Nalgonda in E.A.No.135/2013 in E.P.No.93/2012 in O.S.No.226/2001, he seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file appeal. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Registry is directed to return the original papers to the learned counsel for the petitioners for taking appropriate steps. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
