This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the temporary house consisting of two RCC rooms and compound wall of the petitioner's house property bearing Plot Nos.111 and 112 in Survey Nos.188, 189 and 190 situated at Mahalakshmi Nagar, Cherlapally village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy without issuing any notice or following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to demolish the temporary House consisting of two RCC rooms and compound wall of the petitioner's house. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Smt. A. Deepthi, learned standing counsel for respondents 1 and 2 on instructions stated that as on today, the respondent

officials are not contemplating any action against the petitioner's property and as and when necessity arises for initiating action, they will follow the due procedure contemplated under the law and then the petitioner will be evicted.

Recording the said statement of the learned standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
