Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order and decree, dated 04-11-2015, in EP.No.262 of 2015 in AC.No.33 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Vijayawada. Mr.Ramana Allu, learned Counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter, dated 11-08-2016, to

the Registry wherein he has stated that the petitioners intend to settle the dispute with the respondent and that they seek to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners has reiterated the contents of the afore-mentioned letter.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, interim order, dated 11-032016, is vacated and CRPMP.No.7240 of 2015 is disposed of.
