This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide Ref.No.NMR/PER/D/072/17/6080, dated 26.10.2017 dismissing the petitioner from service of the respondents company with effect from 09.11.2017. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4. Admittedly, petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal under Section 2A(1) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 as well as before the Labour Court.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
