Petitioners And The State of Telangana, rep., by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad and others .. Respondents The Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.12315 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 2.

Petitioners claim to have filed revision petition before the Joint Collector, Khammam District, on 20.03.2018 against the entries made in the revenue records. Alleging that the revision petition is not disposed of, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

As briefly noted above, revision petition itself was filed on 20.03.2018 and, according to learned counsel for the petitioners, corrections were made in the revenue records in the year 2017. Having regard to these facts, it cannot be said that the Joint Collector, Khammam District, is negligent in considering the revision petition filed by the petitioners warranting interference by this Court to issue mandamus as prayed for.

4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to pursue the revision petition filed by them. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
