HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU C.M.A.M.P.No.2340 of 2017 in/and CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.809 OF 2005 COMMON ORDER:

C.M.A.M.P.No.2340 of 2017 is filed to condone the delay of 486 days in representing C.M.A.M.P.No.2342 of 2017, which is filed to set aside the order dated 18.03.2016 dismissing C.M.A.No.809 of 2005.

On 11.12.2017, the said petition was allowed on a condition that costs of Rs.2,000/- should be paid to the Bar Association of Andhra Pradesh High Court within ten days, failing which, the petition will be dismissed and the matter was posted to 22.01.2018.

It appears from the office endorsement, dated 22.01.2018 that costs have not been paid and the conditional order has not been complied with. Therefore, this Court has no option except to dismiss C.M.A.M.P.No.2340 of 2017.

In the result, C.M.A.M.P.No.2340 of 2017 is dismissed. Consequently, C.M.A.No.809 or 2005 is rejected. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
