Heard both sides.

In the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice by the learned Public Prosecutor that police already filed final report in the said crime No.214 of 2017 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda, and the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, has taken cognizance for the offences covered by the FIR by allotting C.C.No.550 of 2017.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed by left open all available defence and the remedy is available to the petitioner to impugn the police final report and the cognizance order with part II CD by fresh petition.
