HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.5467 of 2005 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for petitioners that the 2nd respondent has expired during the pendency of this writ petition and the petitioners are challenging the orders passed by the Industrial Tribunal in I.D.No.50 of 1999, dated 28.04.2003, which were in favour of the 2nd respondent. Since the 2nd respondent has expired and the petitioners have not filed any petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the 2nd respondent, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
