This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 14.08.2012 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1695 of 2012 in C.C.No.57 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Kurnool. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal revision case has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
