O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents 3 and 4 - police authorities, are interfering with the civil dispute between them and the unofficial respondents 5 and 6, and insisting to settle the issue. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Chinthakani Police Station, Khammam District dated 16.07.2019. In the written instructions, the allegation of the petitioners is denied and further it is stated that based on the complaint of unofficial respondent No.5, Cr.No.167 of 2019 has been registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506 read with 34 IPC on 15.07.2019, and the same is under investigation.

Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of directing the police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioners and unofficial respondents, except in accordance with law. However, this order will not preclude the respondent - police from proceeding with the investigation in the above crime registered against the petitioners, in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
