Sri A.K.A. Venkata Ramana, learned counsel representing Sri N.Srinath Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent-School states, on instructions, that the petitioner's admission pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court has been ratified as a recognition certificate has been forwarded as directed by this Court and in that view of the matter, no further adjudication is called for in this writ petition. Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, also confirms that the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
