Heard Mr.G.L.Narasimha Rao for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 4. The petitioner prays for the following relief: " ...... this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.2 who did not pass any interim stay/ suspension orders in appeal preferred by the petitioner vide No.F2/318/2018 aggrieved by the orders of the 3rd respondent vide No.D1/607/2017 dated 16.01.2018 is illegal, unjust, arbitrary, violative of Art. 14, 21, 300-A of constitution of India, consequently directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the main appeal F2/318/2018 after hearing the parties, until then further direction to the respondents No.

3 & 4 not to implement the orders of the 3rd respondent vide No.D1/607/2017 dated 16.1.2018 and not to disburse the any amounts to the 5th and 6th respondents for that lands and pass such......" The prayer is one of inaction in disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Joint Collector/ 2nd respondent aggrieved by the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer/ 3rd respondent.

The Assistant Government Pleader through written instructions dated 26.06.2018 informs the Court that the appeal filed by the petitioner is heard and reserved for orders and that final orders will be passed shortly. The statement is placed on record and accepted.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
