HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.21748 &21834 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

As the issue involved in both these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed by way of this Common Order.

Both these writ petitions are filed assailing the G.O.RtNo.180, Transport, Roads & Buildings (R-I) Department, dated 19.06.2017 issued by the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings, on instructions, submits that the Government had withdrawn the tender notification, which is the subject matter in these writ petitions.

In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions and they are accordingly, closed. However, as and when any further tender notification is issued in respect of the same subject matter, it is open for the petitioners to challenge the same.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
