No representation for petitioners. Heard Mr.Ramchandra Reddy for 2nd respondent.

The petitioners challenge notice dated 23.07.2012 as illegal and laconic. On 10.10.2012, this Court directed respondents not to take further action on the notice until further orders. The interim order is subsisting as on date.

The 2nd respondent has not chosen to file vacate stay petition or sent instructions to standing counsel. Be that as it may, from the material available on record, Mr.Ramchandra Reddy contends that the construction activity within the area of operation of G.O.Ms.No.111 is regulated by the conditions stipulated therein. As the notice impugned in the writ petition is laconic, liberty may be given to 2nd respondent to issue notice as is warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case and proceed in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order: The interim order dated 10.10.2012 is made final order in the writ petition. However, liberty as prayed for by 2nd respondent is granted. No order as to costs.
