HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2580 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 places on record the proceedings dated 11.12.2017 issued by the 1st respondent and contends that during pendency of this writ petition the respondents have extended the minimum time scale of pay to the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has not disputed the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
