This writ petition was initially filed by Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy and later on Sri Karanam Ramesh came on record on 17.09.2007. Today, when the case is listed in the name of Karanam Ramesh, it is represented that they have given up vakalat and the petitioner was also intimated accordingly.

In the absence of any alternative arrangement made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
