THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL APPEAL No.1312 OF 2007 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 378(4) read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C. by the complainant assailing the judgment dated 01.05.2007 in C.C.No.927 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, wherein and whereby respondent Nos.2 to 4-accused Nos.1 to 3 were found not guilty for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and consequently, acquitted them of the said offence.

No representation on behalf of the appellant on 25.01.2018 and 14.02.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the appellant even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal.
