Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for 2nd respondent.

2. Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for 2nd respondent, has produced before me letter No.423-428/5/22/ RW/ACP/C9/GHMC/2018 dt.30-04-2018, withdrawing the impugned proceedings dt.16-03-2018 asking the petitioner to obtain NOC from the Telangana State Wakf Board/District Collector, Hyderabad.

3. The same is placed on record.

4. In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow the provisions of Sections 146 and 147 of the GHMC Act, 1955, in case they wish to acquire any portion of the petitioner's property for road widening. No costs.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
