ORDER:
Sri Dammalapati Srinivas, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner(s) submit that the learned counsel on record has been appointed as Government Pleader before the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh High Court. Therefore, there is some communication gap between the petitioner(s) and the counsel.
Learned Senior counsel further seeks time to file the necessary citations and judgments which support his case. i, Learned counsel appearing for unofficial respondent(s) is'present. This matter was dismissed for default, thereafter, on application by the petitioner(s) this matter has been restored by this Court. Prior to restoration, interim stay was granted by this Court.
