When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both the parties informed the Court that pursuant to the order dated 13.06.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.11607 of 2019, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 27.06.2019. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open for her to challenge the said proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
