I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.ii of the common order dated 20.06.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.5956 of 2024 and batch which reads as under: " The petitioner shall appear before the Police concerned on every Saturday and shall also make himself available for interrogation as and when required by the Police till filing of charge sheet."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. He further submitted that the crime is of the year 2023, and charge sheet is also filed. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.5956 of 2024 and batch dated 20.06.2024, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
