THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI I.T.T.A.No. 176 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (Per VRS,J) The Revenue has come up with the above appeal under Section 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, challenging a common order passed in two appeals on 31.01.2013.

The Department already came up with one appeal as against the common order in I.T.T.A.No.115 of 2014. The same was dismissed by a Bench of this Court, by an order dated 25.02.2014. Hence, the order of the Tribunal has attained finality. Therefore, this appeal is also dismissed.
