Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel for TSNPDCL, would seek permission to withdraw the present Second Appeal on the ground that the entire amount is satisfied.

Sri Gudi Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the entire amount was deposited and, therefore, nothing survives in the Second Appeal. Permission is accorded.
