When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 16.07.2017.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order dated 16.07.2017, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
