This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking action on the representation of the petitioner to localize and fix the boundaries by conducting survey of petition schedule land situated in Survey No.384, 385, 386/1 and 386/2 to an extent of Ac.17.15 cents of Bhogapuram Village and Mandal, Vizianagaram District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to localize and fix the boundaries of the aforesaid land of the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make necessary application before the 4th respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application before the 4th respondent.
In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to make application before the 4th respondent along with necessary fee as per Rules and on such application being filed by the petitioner, the 4th respondent shall dispose of the same and take necessary action, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
