THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 7 OF 2015 O R D E R:

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation would submit that the Corporation has taken into account and note the observations made by this Court while passing the order on 27.01.2015 and consequently, issued an office order on 28.01.2015 passed by the Executive Director, posting the petitioner to Jammalamadugu Depot in YSR Kadapa District.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Writ Petition and it is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
