O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the competent authority to ratify the appointment of the petitioner as Principal.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G. Gangaiah Naidu, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the petitioner submits that competent authority granted pay scale to the petitioner, attached to the post of Principal and he is being treated as regular principal.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
