ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

The petitioner was appointed as fair price shop dealer for Shop No.9, Chinna Nelatur Village, Gonegandla Mandal, Kurnool District vide proceedings 18.08.2009. However, based on the report submitted by the 4th respondent dated 21.12.2016, the 3rd respondent issued a show cause notice on 19.04.2017 and suspended the authorization. When no further orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Since the impugned order is a suspension pending enquiry, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same in view of variation of the stocks. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit his explanation to the show cause notice and the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 7th August, 2018 rkk
