This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 26.12.2017 passed by this Court in WPMP No.54787 of 2017 in WP No.44193 of 2017.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by both the learned counsel that the order dated 26.12.2017 has been complied with, and therefore the contempt case may be closed. Recording the submission made, the contempt case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
