Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the notice issued by the 3rd respondents petitioner has produced relevant documents and hence, the said respondent may be directed to take action in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.07.2019.
