Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 2.

Petitioners claim that they are the owners of land to an extent of Acs.3.10 guntas in Survey No.1590/B of Jaggayyapalli Village, Jammikunta Mandal, Karimnagar District. Petitioners are aggrieved by deletion of their names to an extent of Ac.0.39 guntas in the said survey number and reflecting the names of respondents 5 and 6. Aggrieved by the said change carried out in the revenue records, petitioners preferred appeal on 26.08.2017 before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District.

Alleging inaction on the said appeal, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

Since appeal preferred by the petitioners is stated to be pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District, is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners after affording due opportunity to them as well as unofficial respondents 5 and 6 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
