THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 7509 of 2012 ORDER:

Petitioners claim that they are the owners and exclusive possessors of ground floor RCC House bearing Municipal No.6-6-577 (part) in an extent of 63.77 square yards, situated in Sahethnagar, Karimnagar Town, Karimnagar District. They state that they purchased the said premises under registered sale deed, dated 17.06.2011. Their names were mutated in the municipal records and they have been paying property tax also. They further state that they have been running a Hotel & Bakery in the said premises. While so, when the respondents tried to interfere with the possession of the petitioners on the ground of widening the road, they filed the present writ petition stating that the respondents are interfering with their property, without following due process of law. This Court by order, dated 16.03.

2012, granted status quo and the said order has been in operation till today. No counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the property of the petitioners and if the respondents want any portion of the building for public purpose, they have to take recourse to law and then only interfere with the same. Till such time, no part of the property of the petitioners shall be demolished.
