O R D E R

Learned Standing Counsel for Central Government, appearing for respondents, on instructions, submits that abandonment order has been withdrawn, and the patent application of the petitioner is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above submission, but submits that the respondents cannot be left off without any action. Since the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed, this court is of the opinion that further adjudication is not necessary in the present writ petition, and recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for Central Government, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
