Though, both the matters were notified in the advance list to take up today and re-notified today, still, there is no representation for the appellants.

Sri Ravi Shankar Jandhyala, learned standing counsel for respondent No.2 - Insurer is present.

Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeals, stand disposed of.
