Petitioner's grievance is that the third respondent is not receiving and entertaining the document presented by him for registration with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.0-031⁄4 cents in Sy.No.311 with RCC slab house with ground and first floor situated in Proddutur village fields at YMR Colony, Saraswathi Vidya Mandir Raod, Reddy Nagar, Ward No.3, D.No.3/605-10-8, Proddutur Town & Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District
3. It is well settled that even before presentation of a document, registering authority cannot refuse or reject the document and in the matters of this nature, this Court has been directing the Registrar to receive and process the document in accordance with law on examining the same under
the Indian Stamp Act and the Indian Registration Act. Liberty is also left to respondents that if they are not satisfied with registering of the document, they shall pass appropriate reasoned order under Section 71 of the Indian Registration Act.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the third respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner relating to the aforesaid lands and thereafter take appropriate steps as indicated above. Respondents shall also furnish the Certificate of Market Value in respect of the lands in question.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
