After the matter was reserved for orders, a letter dt.15-06-2016 has been filed by the learned counsel for petitioner saying that his client has instructed him to withdraw the Revision.

In view of the said letter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
