THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20601 of 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: " ..to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the respondents in disconnecting the power supply to the petitioner house bearing No.5-237/ A Block No.5 on Plot No.57 in Sy.No.293 and 298 of Prasanthnagar colony, Jadcherla village and Mandal, Mahabubngar District as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice as well as violation of Articles, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to supply the power to the petitioner's house bearing Service Connections Nos.03113, 03197, 03960 and 02164 as usual to the petitioner house bearing No.5-237/ A Block No.5 on Plot No.57 in Sy.No.293 and 298 of Prasanthnagar colony, Jadcherla village and Mandal, Mahabubngar District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order of this Court dated 23.06.2017, the Service Connection of the petitioner is restored and no further relief can be granted.

In view of the said submission, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
