HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23799 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to remove the bore well dug by the petitioner to irrigate the land situated in an extent of Ac.3.38 cents in Sy.No.271/2 of Mallela Vilalge, Thondur Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that an enquiry is conducted on the issue and the matter was referred to the District Collector.

In view of the same, the respondents are directed not to remove the bore well dug by the petitioner, without following due process of law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
