This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in regularizing the services of the petitioner as per G.O.Rt.No.119, dated 16.02.2013 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.

S.Annapurna, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4. It is the case of the petitioner though she was appointed as an Office Subordinate in the year 1991, at the respondents 3 and 4 University, her services are not regularized.

She made representation 15.09.2017 for considering her case, same is not disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation of petitioner dated 15.09.2017. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
