THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION No.233 of 2016 ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 433(e), 434 1(a) and 439 1 (b) of the Companies Act, 1956, for winding up of the Respondent Company on the ground that it failed to repay the debts.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled amicably and there is no dispute with regard to payment of the principal amount. Though the petitioner claimed interest, the same cannot be adjudicated in this petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Company Petition is closed.
