THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.1525 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to take any action pursuant to the notice dated 19.1.2009 till the disposal of the application dated 10.07.2008 filed under G.O.166 (Rev.) Department dated 16.2.2008 pending before the 1st respondent." 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct the respondents herein not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner's land till disposal of the application, dated 10.07.2008, of the petitioner for regularization of 1044 sq.yards of land in Survey No.191 of Nizampet Village, which is part of Government land and is partly covered by Plot Nos.7, 7A & 8 in Survey No.190 of Nizampet Village. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are hereby directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner's land till disposal of the application, dated 10.07.2008, of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
