Questioning the inaction on the part of the respondents in granting change of land use in HUDA approved layout in Survey Nos. 30/1, 31/1 & 31/2 of Jeedimentla Village and in Survey No. 77 of Pet Basheerbad Village, this Writ Petition has been filed. The petitioner submits that he had submitted the representation dated 15.04.2015 requesting Respondents 1 and 2, the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and the Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority to allow the change of land use in respect of the plot of the petitioner, but the same has not been considered. It is submitted across the Bar by the learned counsel on either side that in somewhat similar circumstances, this Court while dealing with Writ Petition No. 13925 of 2016, on 10.08.

2016, passed the order, the operative portion of which reads as under: " ....... The Writ Petition is disposed of directing Respondents to to dispose of the petitioner's representations, referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No costs." Following the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing Respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to him. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
