This application is filed under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, praying to extend the mandate of the Arbitrator by a further period of twelve months from the date of expiry of its mandate i.e., 08.03.2019, to enable him to pass award in the matter in the interest of justice. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Sri K.V.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that he has no objection in allowing the application. In view of the same, the arbitration application is accordingly allowed. No costs.
