Ms. M. Katyayani, learned counsel, representing Mr. Kowturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that subsequent to the interim order dated 2l.L2.2}ll granted by this Court, the petitioners were granted permission for construction for cold storage unlt and the petitioners have been operating the cold storage unit. Hence, no further- orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
