No.12413 of 2018 JUDGMENT : (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking release of Mr.Goli Sridhar, the brother of the first petitioner, Jakkam Devender, the brother of the second petitioner and one person by name Singireddy Thirupathi Reddy, the uncle of third petitioner, who are said to be in illegal custody of the second respondent. 2.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the first detenue was shown as an accused in Crime No. 60 of 2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 407, 407 read with Section 34 of IPC, whereas the alleged detention of others are denied.

Having regard to the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition, and accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
