This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.3 and A.5, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.583 of 2018 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 498-A read with 109 of IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.3 and A.5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of the petitioners/ A.3 and A.5 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 25.02.2019 in Crl.P.No.914 of 2019. No change of circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court to consider the bail application. Furthermore, the gravity of offence is high. Under these circumstances, this Court declines to consider this bail petition. 4.
