This criminal petition is filed under Section 440(2) of Cr.P.C., seeking modification of the order dated 06.2.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.132 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition, with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
