Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the last date of hearing, this Court had directed the petitioner to file an undertaking stating that the petitioner shall furnish the details of travel and the same is filed vide USR No.27041 of 2026, dated 02.03.2026.

Learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed the same stating that during the course of investigation, it has been revealed that the petitioner herein has been found responsible for the alleged fraud and has been charged under relevant provisions of Companies Act, 2013, including Section 447 of the Act, therefore prayed this Court to withheld the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the petitioner herein.

Considering the rival submissions of both the parties, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to travel subject to condition that the petitioner shall file an undertaking before the competent authority seeking permission to travel by duly enclosing the details of travel. List this case on 06.04.2026.
