HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No.17199 of 2020 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer; "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in withholding the payment of Rythu Bandhu amount amounting Rs.2,52,250/- payable to the petitioner in respect of the land in Sy.No.81, admeasuring Ac.10-00 and Sy.No.81/1/A, admeasuring Ac.15-09 gts total admeasuring Acs.25-09 gts at Hothi-K village, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sangareddy District, based upon Rythu Bandhu passbook issued in favour of the petitioner vide Khata No.381, though in respect of other farmers in the village, the total Rythu Bandhu amount had already been credited to their respective accounts, as illegal and arbitrary and to issue consequential appropriate directions".

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Agriculture and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. 3.

The case of the petitioner is that he was granted pattadar passbook in respect of the subject land under Rythu Bandhu Scheme and based on the said passbook, the respondents have credited the capital amount into his account up to the agricultural year 2018. However, they held up the said amount for Kharif and Rabi for the year 2019, and as such, the petitioner made a representation dated 18.06.2020 to the 3rd respondent, but no action has been taken thereon. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner filed several representations, the respondents have not considered the same.

Heard learned Government Pleader for Agriculture.

6. Since the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent-District Collector by way of a representation dated 18.06.2020, it would be appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2020 and pass

ARR, J W.P.No.17199 of 2020 appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
