This appeal, arising out of O.P. No.752 of 2003 on the file of the M.A.C.T.-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Nizamabad, was referred to Lok Adalat and the matter was settled by the Lok Adalat, which passed an award on 04-12-2015.
